Child/Infant CPR and AED

Care for those eight and younger

The newest version of MEDIC FIRST AID's Child/Infant CPR and AED Supplement is designed to give students the knowledge and skills necessary to manage a cardiac arrest emergency for children younger than 8 years old.

Version 6.0 of the Child/Infant CPR and AED Supplement provides information on performing child and infant CPR and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on a child for those who have already completed CPR and AED training for adults. The supplement can also be taught without the AED portion, if desired.

Additional training is included on clearing and protecting airways, and caring for foreign body airway obstruction. The Child/Infant CPR and AED Supplement can serve as a tremendous enhancement to MEDIC FIRST AID's BasicPlus CPR, AED, and First Aid for Adults.
